NBR
|
By the emulsion polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer, called butadiene – acrylonitrile rubber, referred to as butadiene rubber. Its content is an important indicator of NBR performance. And is known for its excellent oil resistance. |
- Oil resistance is the best, and it basically does not swell for non-polar and weak polar oils.
- Heat resistant oxygen aging performance is better than natural, butadiene and other general rubber.
- Wear resistance is good, its wear resistance is 30%-45% higher than natural rubber.
- Chemical corrosion resistance is superior to natural rubber, but resistance to strong oxidizing acids is poor.
- Poor elasticity, cold resistance, flexure resistance, tear resistance, and high deformation heat generation.
- Poor electrical insulation. It is semiconductor rubber and not suitable for electrical insulation。

EPDM |
It is a copolymer synthesized by ethylene and propylene based monomers. Rubber molecular chain according to the composition of different monomer units have two ethylene propylene rubber and three ethylene propylene rubber points. |

- Excellent water resistance, overhot water resistance and steam resistance.

VQM
|
It refers to a class of elastic materials with Si – O unit as the main molecular chain and monovalent organic group as the side group, which is called organic polysiloxane. |

- Excellent resistance to ozone and weathering .
- Excellent electrical insulation. The electrical insulation of vulcanized rubber changes little when it is affected by moisture, water or temperature rise.

FPM
|
It is a kind of synthetic polymer elastomer containing fluorine atoms on the carbon atoms of the main chain or side chain. It has excellent high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance, and high temperature resistance is better than silicon rubber. |
- Excellent high temperature resistance (long-term use below 200℃ and short-term high temperature above 300℃), which is the highest among rubber materials.
